ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leads the development of all data aspects needed to create membership programs internationally, from creation of the programs to back end processes to maintenance and continue enhancement in each country. This position develops the appropriate and efficient processes and systems to incorporate and extract data of our fundraising systems, including but not limited to our database of record, gift processing off-line and online, and fundraising channels. Membership data process and systems will be created to enable accurate and compliant solicitation, cultivation, stewardship and gift acknowledgement of current and prospective donors, analysis and reporting, donor interaction, quality controls, data hygiene, privacy and security. In addition, oversees all aspects of program reporting and analysis, including modeling, data enhancements and data processing to improve key performance metrics of the membership programs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree (at least one statistics course required) and a minimum of 2 years experience in data management and analysis.
  • Experience in client and account management.
  • Experience with written and oral communication, negotiating agreements.
  • Experience with current technology in the marketing field.
  • Experience supervising and managing staff and teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree (at least one statistics course required) and 2-3 years experience in data management and analysis.
  • Ability to independently analyze and use sound judgment to identify and solve problems.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and how it can be used to increase productivity.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment with internal and external partners.
  • Proven computer skills and software knowledge of word processing, database management and spreadsheet software, with ability to construct reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive and write creatively for various audiences, from technical information.
  • Strong oral and communication skills with ability to articulate ideas in a compelling manner.
  • Ability to manage staff and/or project teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of procedures and terms in relevant field of experience.
  • Expert in current and evolving technology related to field of experience.
