TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Digital Marketing Manager is a member of The Nature Conservancy’s Central U.S. Marketing team. In coordination with the team, s/he is responsible for the development and execution of the digital marketing plans (incl. web, social media and video) for program partners managed by the Central U.S. marketing team. S/he will coordinate the implementation of digital marketing programs and strategies, and work to ensure marketing tactics are implemented on time and on budget. The Digital Marketing Manager researches and recommends features, functions and solutions to create compelling digital content that enhances the Conservancy’s ability to reach and engage a broader constituency for conservation. S/he also works with the Web manager to analyze the effectiveness of digital outreach strategies and content and for presenting findings to team members. S/he will assist staff in developing and executing strategies and content across social media channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will also provide guidance and support to staff and vendors on shooting, editing and producing videos. The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Sr. Marketing Director and supervises the Web Manager. DUTIES
