I. Job Summary Oversees planning and execution of large and generally complex projects, including but not limited to:

III. Supervisory Responsibilities This position may be responsible for employees through a direct reporting relationship as well as through an indirect reporting relationship on a project basis. The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is the management of supervisory employees. This includes:

Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or similar area of study, and eight years previous experience. Management experience or project management experience is required. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and eight years previous years experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Project planning, budgeting, Landfill Engineering/Environmental Remediation, Regulatory knowledge, contract management, environmental and contract law, preparation of Economic Justification Models, political lobbying and negotiations, community outreach and relations, political campaign management, construction management, and general waste industry knowledge required.
