Job Description:  Senior Project Assistant to play an active role in project management, project controls, budget and scope development, support and client interface. Technical skills are required.
 
Job Responsibilities include:

Work directly with the CLEAN NW program account manager and PMs to assure that program and project goals are been met and that contract task orders are being executed smoothly.

Work directly with project manager(s) to provide client and project team product development activities,

Carry out project managers’ directives such as maintaining project schedules, tracking budget, and deliverables, and reporting back to the PMO office as required

Serve on existing projects to maintain project files, data compilation, records, and data base quality

Provide report preparation support and document production as required,

Must be able to prioritize and carry out multiple assignments during some time periods,

Support general office administrative duties (reception, filing, word processing) as available and required.
 
Experience and Qualifications include:

Demonstrated greater than 5-years of experience in a professional, interactive office setting, preferably serving in a similar role as a professional project assistant or specialist,

Suitable technical and scientific background or education preferred,

Excellent written and verbal communications skills,

Excellent time management and organizational skills,

Flexibility to work on diverse projects and maintain a positive approach,

Previous experience in marketing, presentation graphics, and technical editing are desired skills,

Demonstrated skill with MS Office and project management (i.e. GANTT) programs (MSWord, Power Point, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat), with additional desired skills in scheduling and financial software packages,

A valid drivers’ license, and record of safe driving.
