Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years experience on $20M and above range projects as a Scheduler.
• Oracle/Primavera P6 experience mandatory.
• Proficient in using MS Word and Excel. Must have experience with Primavera for scheduling. Experience with project management software systems, Expedition, Constructware, Excel based, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrate proactive problem solving skills
• Experience in the public contract code arena
• Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
• Ability to use working knowledge of working environment to meet established goals and objectives
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

Job Description:

Scheduler for fast-track, multi-billion dollar, civil works program.
Duties:
• Program schedule development with input from program manager, designers, client & construction team.
• Update program schedule and contribute to program reporting.
• Cost and resource load the schedule for planning, design, construction, procurement and move-in.
• Review and monitor schedules of other entities including, designers, contractors, etc..
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Work with the client, client representatives, staff and management in a collaborative manner within a context of good human relations.
