This position is responsible and accountable for the strategy, management and effective delivery of global Human Capital Management systems. Responsible for directing local HCM staff, in concert with the geography HR executive, to meet the reporting and analytical requirements of the corporate office.. Job Responsibilities Oversee the strategy, development, implementation and on-going administration of HR systems globally. Work with local HCM professionals to ensure compliance to internal and external procedures and with statutory obligations. Ensure the information infrastructure supporting employee records is managed and developed to provide comprehensive, timely and accurate data that meets the needs of the business and system users. Works closely with the IT function in order to maximize HRIS functionality for HR, understand future development and implement IT changes on HR function and employees generally. Embrace a culture of outstanding customer services, identify best practice and ensure high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained through effective quality control mechanisms. Ensure that the team understands the business and internal client needs and deliver appropriately to specific circumstances. Ensure allocation of resources and responsibilities across the team to deliver business results, managing resource planning process. Attributes • Show significant commitment to the company and the requirements of the role • Manage and lead through others, collaborate and delegate • Provide clear direction and create space for autonomy • Includes the view of others in decisions • Ability to operate effectively in a global matrixed structure • Ability to manage global complexity, changing priorities and conditions • Ability to engineer and drive change as needed throughout the organization • Communicate ideas clearly across multi-national teams • Instils a sense of pace and urgency; maintains momentum • Decisive; holds people accountable • Ability to see the opportunities for improved performance and act upon them Experience Ideal candidate must have: • 10-12 years of experience in a senior HCM role • 5+ years of experience in managing HRIS function • 5+ years of Oracle experience preferred Job Specifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Strong understanding of HRIS systems, with Oracle experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to strike a good balance shifting between big picture planning and detailed level execution tracking • Hands on experience with global HCM implementations • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints • Ability to travel as needed Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Human Resources Management.
