Minimum Requirements: Vocational/Technical School/Associates and at least 6 years experience of job related experience or equivalent; electronic technician tasking on shipboard/land-based electronic systems installation and troubleshooting experience. Excellent communication and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs. Requires the ability to investigate, troubleshot and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software. Job Description: Senior level electronic technician support for the Multi-Spectral Targeting System (MTS) onboard various platforms. The successful applicant will have extensive electronic and troubleshooting and repair experience on the turreted systems. This job requires extended travel OCONUS on a 90-120 day rotational basis. The applicant must be able to work in harsh conditions with extensive amounts of overtime required while outside the continental United States.. May provide technical support to engineers in the development of technical proposal and provide input on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work. Direct on-site customer interface for equipment/system installation, testing, survey, fabrication and other engineering tasks as needed. May be required to train others in the operation and performance of the system(s). EOE M/F/D/V |
