Minimum Requirements:

•ITIL implementation and operational experience (5 year minimum)

•Certified ITIL V2 Service Manager or ITIL V3 Expert

•ISO/IEC 20000 experience (Implementation and Certification)

•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

•Experience with organizational change management

•Clearance: Secret

•BS degree in a technical field or equivalent and 7 years experience

Job Description:

Join URS and the United States Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) Enterprise Program Management Services program. ITA has been providing support to customers in the National Capital Region (NCR) since 1995 and URS is looking for individuals to provide subject matter experts, engineers, program and project management support.

The IT Service Management Organizational Change Lead will be responsible for an effort to alter business culture and behaviors towards alignment with an ITSM implementation. The IT Service Management Organizational Change Lead also builds the change communication strategy and develops the communications plan. Monitors and oversees all ITSM stakeholders and crafts and controls all key messages about the ITSM effort, its progress, and stated vision and goals. Additionally, the IT Service Management Organizational Change Lead will have responsibility for providing the overall ITSM strategic process architecture and ensures a well architected solution from a process perspective.

Desired Qualifications:
•Experience working in a DoD environment is highly desirable
•Experience with BMC Remedy
•Experience with MS Office, MS Project
