CH2M HILL Instrumentation & Controls Engineer Internship – Bellingham, WA

The challenge? Provide safe, sustainable energy solutions for our clients and communities worldwide. Our Summer Instrumentation & Controls Engineer Interns will be exposed to a variety of technical and business energy functions with ever-increasing levels of complexity. You will receive a well-rounded, “real world" experience while participating in diverse and interesting energy projects to develop your skills. You should be a self motivated and responsible individual that has reached a minimum of Sophomore standing in your chosen field by September, 2013.

Our Summer Instrumentation & Controls Engineering Interns:

Will have a minimum of Sophomore standing by September, 2013 in either Control Systems, Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering
Manages his/her own quality of work, meets deadlines, and adheres to assignment scope of work
Possesses a positive attitude and is dependable and punctual
Always presents himself/herself in a professional matter to managers, co-workers and our clients
Engages in development programs designed to broaden knowledge and sharpen skills

Additional Information: Preference will be given to candidates enrolled in schools in the local Bellingham, WA area. CH2M HILL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g. H1B, etc) to fill this position.

Basic Qualifications

Applicants must be pursuing a BA/BS degree in Control Systems, Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from accredited College or University
Applicants must have attained a minimum Sophomore standing by September, 2013
GPA minimum (accumulative): 2.90 (out of 4.0)
