TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of a technology project, which may include budget preparation, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, scheduling, reporting and tracking information for management. S/he may also provide program support including assisting in the development of communication materials, conducting data research, and/or producing narrative reports as needed. S/he may coordinate such activities with central administrative processes (facility management, telecommunications, general maintenance/repairs, central services, mailroom operations, central filing, telephone/public reception and/or printing) or maintaining office supplies, general purchasing requests and general office duties. S/he may also oversee some financial/accounting responsibilities. This position includes frequent interaction with staff at varying levels within the organization as well as vendors and consultants. S/he may prepare accounting forms and disbursement requests, monitor income and expense budgets. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
