Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a major in Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, and DAU Level I certification in PM, or the civilian equivalent, are required.

Experience:

• One (1) year of general experience and one (1) year of experience in a program office or similar organization
• Experience in project controls

Requirements:

• Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance

Preferences:

• Experience with Government contracts

Job Description:

• URS Corporation is looking for individuals experienced with Project Controls to join their team, supporting offices in various locations (Abingdon, MD, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Ft. Detrick, MD, San Diego, CA, and Stafford, VA). This position will report to the Project Manager. Programs consist of multi-year execution of multiple engineering projects, and FFP projects.

Job duties:

• Provide on-going analytical support by managing and coordinating daily staff operations
• Assist in the development of program documentation and briefing materials
• Track the status of action items, program milestones and monthly reports
• Perform all aspects of program analysis from project proposal to closeout in accordance with established policies and guidelines
