Job Description: 
Minimum Requirements:

Education/Training: High School graduate or equivalent; must have completed military or vocational technical school curriculum and AA degree required, bachelor's degree preferred. Employment category will be based on candidate's experience and qualifications.

Work Experience Field: Must have working knowledge of basic electronics; minimum of five to eight years of professional experience required; with experience in aircraft avionics installation, inspection, maintenance and repair preferred. Must have recent aviation maintenance experience to be considered for position, prior experience with UAVs preferred.

Special Skills: Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire. Active DOD Top Secret Security Clearance highly desired. Lifestyle polygraph may be required for position. Must submit updated SF-86 within 30 days of hire start date. Must be able to gain/maintain the required security clearance level and special access authorization as a condition of continued employment. Must pass a company-administered Electronics Qualification Exam prior to hire. FCC radio telephone license preferred. EMPLOYEE MUST MEET ALL OCONUS DEPLOYMENT CRITERIA, TO INCLUDE PRE-DEPLOYMENT MEDICAL SCREENING AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

Job Description:

Essential Job Function: Supports Predator Unmanned Aerospace Vehicle (UAV) and Ground Control Station (GCS) series maintenance. Employee must be able to support TDY deployments to other CONUS/OCONUS locations as required. Inspects, performs organizational, intermediate, and/or depot level electronic maintenance and modifications on Predator UAV series and support equipment as required. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to solve complex problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Uses common test instruments such as digital multi-meters, sign generators, semiconductor testers, oscilloscopes and similar equipment.

Maintains, repairs, and installs various types of electronic equipment and related devices such as electronic transmitting and receiving equipment, micro and mainframe computers, and industrial measuring, controlling and calibration devices. Applies technical knowledge of electronic principles in determining malfunctions and applies skill in restoring equipment systems and operations.
