Job Description: 
Minimum Requirements:

•High school diploma or equivalent
•Minimum 5 years of administrative / secretarial / clerical experience
•Minimum 4 years of report production experience
•Minimum typing skills of 60 wpm
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Lotus Notes
•Proficiency with internet search engines, electronic mail systems, spreadsheet and word processing applications
•Works well in a team environment
•Organizational and time management skills
•Listens and communicates effectively
•Demonstrates initiative
•Ability to multitask
•Flexibility of hours
•Adapts quickly to new tasks

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
•Office environment
•Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
•Those typically associated with sitting in the same position throughout the day, and with constantly typing on a computer keyboard, and/or reading documents at a desk
•Valid driver's license required
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test


Job Description:

Responsibilities:
•Prepares a high volume of reports requiring advanced word processing techniques and experience
•Follows written or verbal instructions accompanying material to determine format and content required
•Checks formats, and performs basic checks of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
•Verifies spacing, margins, type size, style, color, and other parameters to conform to office or client's formats
•Copies and binds all report for clients and project managers
•Stores completed document on a network drive, or on data storage medium (e.g., CDs, DVD, external hard drives) per instructions and within the established guidelines. Completed documents may also be emailed or uploaded to Secure Folders.
•Various tasks accomplished using computer, printer, other word processing equipment, and software
•May coordinate work directly with client or through project manager or other internal stakeholder
•Provides administrative support to professional and technical staff
•Coordinates meetings, calls, and calendars for managers as needed
•Switchboard relief as needed
•Understands and follows Company and office policies and procedures
•Verifies all work products of high quality
•Handles sensitive/confidential issues with discretion
