TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Executive Assistant supportsthe Deputy Director of the Marketing Division, with responsibilities that require discretion, judgment, tact and poise. S/he performs a variety of high level administrative tasks, to include budget preparation, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, scheduling, and reporting and tracking information for senior management. S/he will have considerable latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks, and will have frequent interaction with staff at all levels within the organization. The Executive Assistant will make interpretations and recommendations as appropriate. S/he will assist the Deputy Director of the Marketing Division with project managing divisional marketing initiatives. The Executive Assistant reports to the Deputy Director, Marketing Division and may manage vendors, interns or volunteers. DUTIES
