Shall have knowledge and be able to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in electrical and electronic components, including solid state and transistorized subsystems. Repairs aircraft instrument systems. Removes, installs, repairs, adjusts and tests electrical and electronic elements of assemblies and components according to technical manuals, and directives. Is required to properly clean, preserve and store electrical/electronic compnents and aircraft instruments. Remove repair, service, install, and troubleshoot aircraft batteries. Shall maintain electrical safety procedures are followed. Receives technical assistance, as required, from higher-level technician. Experience on H-60 required. Experience on H-60M perferred.
