The Oakland office of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Executive Assistant for immediate employment.

Incumbent Responsibilities:
• Performs advanced administrative duties in support of Executive-level manager responsible for strategic business development (global Power and Sustainability Business Lines for 24 hours per week; supports department manager and staff for 16 hours per week.
• Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, agendas, correspondence and memoranda. Uses Enterprise One Accounting System
• Working independently and/or with a marketing department, collects input, organizes information, and assists in preparation of collateral marketing materials, client presentations, and proposals.
• Makes information available to team members via various means including posting content on company Intranet site.
• Answers mail and e-mail and inquiries on own initiative, follows up with other departments to ensure that requests are received and executed.
• Coordinates meetings and activities across departments and offices.
• Coordinates and manages daily calendar.
• Arranges and makes notifications of appointments and travel reservations.
• Prepares expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Must possess a strong work ethic, organization skills and the ability to communicate with others. Deadline and results oriented.
• Other duties as assigned.
