In the heart of Utah, a new state-of-the-art Data Center facility will provide critical I.T. services to support some of the most challenging customers in the world. Keeping it up and running 24x7x365 is essential, and will require the very best team of people to manage the complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure components. Located near Salt Lake City, this new LEED Silver facility encompasses over a million square feet, including Tier III data center space, along with administrative and other buildings. Brand new leading-edge support facilities include an electric substation, power generator plants, chiller plants, water and fuel storage, fire pump house, and warehouse. AECOM is positioned to take on the critical role of Operations and Maintenance of all facilities for this sophisticated and powerful data center. In partnership with other industry leaders who have teamed with us, we are seeking energetic individuals who are up for this exciting challenge in the following areas: • Mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) systems (managers and technicians) • Quality control • Environmental, safety, and health • Project, finance, and personnel management • Logistics, warehouse, and property control • Buildings and structures - carpenters, masons, sheet metal workers, painters • Custodial, cleaning, and waste management • Information technology, CMMS (Maximo), EMCS, SCADA and other technology solutions. Qualified candidates must be U.S. citizens, and possess or be eligible for TS/SCI clearances. Description: Manage operations and maintenance of all assigned site infrastructure equipment and systems (critical and/or non-critical). Coordinate the workforce schedule to accomplish assigned maintenance and operations duties. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the CMMS and producing reports as required. Collaborate with clients on planning for facilities issues. Assist in the development and execution of facilities budgets. Manage projects as assigned. Manage facilities support and operations staff as assigned. Coordinate and collaborate with all other groups (sales, finance, executive staff, projects/construction, etc.). Assist with the negotiation and approval of contracts/agreements with vendors as requested. On-call 24x7, responding to all data center emergencies and acting as the person in charge when the CFM is unable to respond. Assist with the site's environmental health and safety compliance. Assist with managing the client relationship and growing the business at the assigned sites. 5 or more years of experience in mission critical environments. 3 or more years of supervisory experience.
