We are seeking a Director of Collaboration / Sales & Marketing. The leader will oversee a small team of technology professionals and a portfolio of vendors to advance our technologies in four main areas: Collaboration, Sales, Marketing and Digital Asset Management. The role supports all regions around the globe and all business lines. Architecting and supporting these solutions involves technical, process, cultural and people thought leadership that advances business capabilities. This leader must be a thought leader ... a problem solver ... an innovator. MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: 1. Responsible for facilitating the global technology strategy inclusive of multi-year roadmaps across collaboration, sales, marketing and digital asset management. 2. Will be the application owner and provide operational and technical support to a multitude of systems and tools. 3. Responsible for building and managing the project/program management function for these areas and working with global colleagues to help staff their efforts. 4. Facilitate global governance, priority setting and funding levels. 5. Partners with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities, scope and prioritize projects based on criteria such as return on investment, productivity, compliance, etc. 6. Responsible for resource management, including internal resource allocations/assignments and external vendor management from sourcing to ongoing management 7. Responsible for managing a portfolio of initiatives including overseeing the development of business case, project approach, scope, project plans, budgets, monitoring and reporting. 8.Ensures projects/programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner 9. Co-chair and facilitate various sales & marketing councils and/or project initiatives.Coordinate attendance, agendas, meeting management, best practice sharing and more. 10. Work with global stakeholders to deliver or co-deliver strategies, solutions, systems, standards and tools that manage, store, deliver, etc digital assets inclusive, but not limited to, sales and marketing collateral and project-related images. 11. Work with global stakeholders to deliver or co-deliver strategies, solutions, systems, standards and tools that enable global collaboration. This will involve working with colleagues across multiple functional and technical disciplines inclusive of, but not limited to, document management, instant messaging, video collaboration, enterprise search and much more. 12. Engagement in and / or leadership of merger and acquisition (M&A) and/or business development (BD) activities. 13. Participate in working sessions all designed to improve sales, account management, customer care and more. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES PREFERRED This is an exciting time to join our global IT Team. Demonstrated thought leadership on how to apply collaboration tools in a professional services business to obtain measurable business results. 2. Proven experience with sales & marketing tools inclusive of salesforce.com and/or other CRM-related technologies. 3. Knowledge of customer care and account management tools and techniques such as net promoter score (NPS), surveying and more. 4. Proven experience with digital asset management inclusive of metadata, ingest/edit/playout, coding and decoding (codec), compression, storage and other technologies is highly preferred. 5. Familiarity with and/or proven relationships with key vendors in these spaces 6. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field. Master's Degree preferred. 7. Extensive background in project and portfolio management processes, techniques, methodologies and tools 8. Advanced project management skills including PERT, CPM, Earned value, etc. 9. Experience managing complex IT projects with budgets in excess of $2million 10. Understanding of enterprise scale business and technical architectures 11. Demonstrated financial and business process knowledge including procurement, financial back office functions, vendor management 12. Prior leadership in a global IT organization and company 13. Experience with global ERP systems, business intelligence systems, project accounting systems 14. Experience in planning, facilitating, and managing change 15. Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills are mandatory. Strong facilitator adept at getting numerous stakeholders to work together to solve business problems. 16. Proven ability to negotiate and influence decisions at senior and executive management levels and within a matrix organization 17. PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred Most major metropolitan global cities will be considered. Strong preference to US - Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; Brisbane; or London.
