TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The Executive Assistant is the primary administrative support for the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the North America Region. S/he performs a variety of high level administrative tasks, which may include travel arrangements meeting logistics, scheduling, general operations support, and report preparation. S/he may also provide limited support other NA Region senior managers. This position includes frequent interaction with all members within the organization, as well as customers, donors, vendors and business relations. Duties are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of TNC’s policies, procedures and operations. Responsibilities require discretion, judgment, tact and poise. Incumbent has considerable latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
