Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field(or equivalent), PMP or DHS/DAWIA Certification in Program Management required.
• At least 10 years of experience working on TSA, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) contracts or supporting large Program Management Office activities, including Program Manager support, acquisition program documentation, project management support, test and evaluation, risk programs and financial and budget analysis and support. • Familiarization with TSA and DHS acquisition lifecycle, Acquisition directive 102, logistics and operational support procedures, policies and activities. TSA Office of Security Capability (OSC) experience as staff conducting business operations is highly desirable. • Previous experience managing a high performing team providing professional support services to operational asset or system. Experience as active member of Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) is a plus. • Ability to grow current business and development of new business is also highly desirable. • Prior presentation development and briefing skills. • Must have excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of TSA/DHS programs desired.

We are seeking a Project Manager to support The Transportation Security Agency for our office in Washington, DC.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include supply support, integrated logistics, engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation.
Additionally: 1. Supervise, coach and lead work teams in the accomplishment of goals and tasks in support of specific programs. 2. Perform and supervise multi-disciplinary technical and/or non-technical tasks for applicable programs. 3. Interface with customers to determine specific needs and requirements. 4. Develop detailed staffing requirements, assignments and plans to meet customer needs. 5. Estimate personnel needs and schedule and assign work to meet completion dates. 6. Coordinate the investigation and resolution of operational problems in conjunction with other personnel. 7. Perform management level customer interface, including responsibility for contractual deliverables, development of responses to the Requests for Quotes and overall task execution. 8.
