Minimum Requirements:

The minimum qualifications for this position include:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Entry level - no experience required.

Basic knowledge of computer aided drafting and design.

Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

Under direct supervision, assists project professionals on small, low-risk projects.
Sets up, develops and manipulates spreadsheets, as well as assists with research and data tracking.
Assists other Project/Contract Administrators in preparing contracts with clients and sub-consultants, including contract modifications, etc.
Has limited interaction with Project Managers, sub-consultants and clients.
Performs simple routine tasks under direct supervision or from detailed procedures.
Supervisor screens assignments for unusual or difficult problems and selects techniques and procedures to be applied on non-routine work.
Receives close supervision on new aspects of assignments.
Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
