Position may require travel.

We are seeking a USCG Acquisition Analyst for our DC office onsite at USCG Headquarters.
Provide project coordination, programmatic support services, technical writing and analysis, and business process improvement analysis for CG program offices.
Additional responsibilities will include: meeting support, project documentation support and technical writing support as follows:
• Providing research and support to the USCG to existing program management structures. • Support the USCG in identifying and reviewing processes to facilitate the most effective accomplishment of work within constrained resources. • Support the USCG in ensuring clarity and consistency in communication of program requirements to the Prime Contractor. • Support in the identification, assessment and analysis of processes for system tradeoffs • Support the USCG in coordinating information sharing and relationship building with the program sponsor and other internal and external stakeholders of the program organization. • Support with the measurement and tracking of program management performance in a Balanced Scorecard Environment, supporting integration with program-wide initiatives for objective metrics, and utilizing feedback for continual performance improvement • Support the USCG in identifying agenda items and recording minutes of Integrated Product Teams (IPT) meetings.
