Job Description: 
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience or combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities, and experience in Environmental / Energy fields
• Demonstrated experience working Navy programs with knowledge and understanding of OPNAV and NAVFAC organizations
• Experience in working Navy energy and environmental programs
• Proficient use of PC based applications (MS Word, Excel, Access); good typing skills are required, as well as a motivated, hard-working team player with attention to detail
• Experience required in developing briefings, papers, and workgroup products
• Understanding of DoD program investment and budgeting
• Must be familiar with the Navy administrative, and document coordination procedures
• Must have strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Must have a Security clearance/Secret level
• This position requires the flexibility to serve as a cross-disciplinary resource to best serve the needs of the URS Corporation
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Limited travel may be required
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test


Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Full-time position in Arlington, Virginia
• Support DoD and Navy Environmental Compliance programs with clients nationwide with work consisting of consulting and technical support
• Provide senior technical support and consulting expertise to OPNAV and NAVFAC Environmental Compliance program
• Some business development and marketing may be required
• Assist the Program Director with client management and development of new projects
