Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or demonstrated equivalent.
Minimum three years of combined professional accounting and industry experience with significant interaction and understanding of accounting and finance.
Must be detail-oriented and have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with management as well as multi-disciplined cross-section of a large organization. Must also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as analytical skills.
Must be a key contributor, self driven, energetic, and motivated team player with the capability to effectively work on multiple projects/tasks.
Must have a familiarity with automated financial reporting/accounting environment. Must have the ability to use Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Enterprise or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
Must have knowledge and the ability to practically apply financial theory to business issues. Must have an aptitude to prepare and present financial information.

Assist and support the Financial Manager in managing Process Engineering's overall financial performance.
Assist in compilation of annual budgets for all offices within Process Engineering.
Track actual results against yearly budget and identify causes of variances; assist with corrective action plans where necessary.
Assist with maintaining databases that are utilized in budget and forecast preparation and analysis.
Submit monthly financial reports on accounts receivable, unbilled balances, revenue adjustments, and designations.
Assist in preparation of monthly forecast reports to all Operations Managers.
Assist in Monthly Financial "close" cycle.
Analyze and track monthly financial metrics for all offices.
Proactively identify financial issues involving projects or indirect expenses by analyzing system data and advising Financial Manager.
Assist with implementation of various special projects and/or analysis involving office or project financial performance.
Process and upload weekly contract labor in to E1 accounting system.
Maintain weekly report reconciling variances between revenue recognition and contract labor cost for reoccurring monthly journal entry adjustment.
Export and upload data into access to create regularly distributed financial reports.
Train and assist Project Managers and Project Administrators in opening/closing projects and addressing issues.
Review job set-up electronic forms for accuracy and communicate issues where necessary to project team.
Work with other Financial Analysts within Process Engineering in a Team Lead capacity where, when identified by Financial Manager, coordinate and ensure corporate and regional deadlines are achieved. EOE M/F/D/V
