Minimum Requirements:
BS in Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences with 10 years of progressive environmental consulting experience.
Must have Professional Engineer or Geologist licensure.
Experienced leader of professional staff, client manager, strong track record of business development within environmental consulting.
Skilled in Project Management including budget management, tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively with other discipline business units and independently on field and technical study assignments.

Job Description:
The Ontario, CA office of URS is looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial professional engineer or geologist to help develop and grow a geosciences and remediation practice in the greater inland empire region.
With technical assistance from practice leaders and existing staff, candidates will be responsible for growing a business line in a multi-disciplined engineering and environmental consulting office.
Utilize URS' broad experience in environmental investigation and remediation technologies and environmental regulatory compliance to develop business relationships with new and repeat clients.
This role will be responsible for the strategic direction and daily operations of this business line in Ontario, candidates will be responsible for client and staff development, quality control of projects, procurement of new clients and contracts, and execution and management of all tasks related to the business line.
Additionally, candidates will be responsible for the mentorship of junior staff, management of the group's financial performance, and working with other business line leaders to expand URS geo/radiation practice in the greater Southern California area.
