Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• Minimum of (5) five - (8) eight or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming
• Experience working with software design principles
• Experience working with conducting costing analyses

URS, in support of the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center has an immediate opportunity for an experienced IBM Business Analytics/Business Intelligence Developer to support the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) Corporate Information Factory (CIF) project. Candidate must possess solid background utilizing the IBM Content Analytics and the server-side Java programming skills to integrate it with the IBM Products such as Case Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Developing Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions
• Developing Proofs of Concepts
• Using Content Analytics (ICA) crawler for various data sources
• Installing, configuring, developing, integrating and supporting Case Manager with ICA in an existing enterprise system, as well as integrating it with other products such as Cognos, Languageware, Content Collector, and SPSS
• Applying IBM tools' Security and Object models
• Programming server side Java code using Java API to build secure, scalable solutions
• Working with Web Application Servers (WebSphere preferred)
