• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required.
• Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.
• Travel may be required.
• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Experience with the Indiana National Guard is a plus.

URS is looking for a Program Manager, AMCCO to join our team at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana!
The position is contingent on contract award.
The Program Manager manages the day-to-day operation for a multi-disciplined team providing support to the Indiana National Guard Atterbury - Muscatatuck Center for Complex Operations (AMCCO) for their three lines of effort - cyber, unmanned systems, and homeland security / defense.
Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical, performance of the operation in a safe manner
• Participates in developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures for the organization, ensuring compliance with established URS and AMCCO policies and procedures.
• Assist the customer in developing strategic plans for future operations of AMCCO.
• May be required to manage and support training and exercise activities in a field environment
