Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of job related experience or equivalent.

• Must have experience managing and leading a multi-discipline team providing resource management to Federal, State, and local customers.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required.

• Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.

• Travel may be required.

• Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

• Experience with the Indiana National Guard is a plus.


Job Description:

URS is looking for a Resource Project Lead, AMCCO to join our team at Camp Atterbury in Edinburgh, Indiana!

The position is contingent on contract award.

The Project Lead will lead the day-to-day multi-disciplined team providing resource management support to the Indiana National Guard Atterbury - Muscatatuck Center for Complex Operations (AMCCO) for their three lines of effort - cyber, unmanned systems, and homeland security / defense.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical, performance of assigned tasks.

• Assists AMCCO in developing program requirements, methodologies, schedules, and strategic plans for expansion of AMCCO's mission.

• Ensures team develops and executes its missions in accordance with INARNG AMCCO, US Army, and other applicable Federal, State, and local policies and procedures.

• May be required to manage and support training and exercise activities in a field environment.
