Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences or Engineering or comparable scientific discipline • Experience with MS Word, Excel, some Access • Must have strong verbal/written communication skills as well as time management and organizational skills for multi-tasking and detail-oriented position that will include technical report generation. Strong computer-related skills required. The Infrastructure and Environment Division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Graduate Environmental Scientist for immediate employment in the URS Chicago Office. Training to fulfill the specialized job requirements will be provided and must be successfully completed as a condition of continued employment. The incumbent can look forward to projects relating to environmental due diligence and compliance for a broad range of industrial and commercial clients. Incumbent Responsibilities: • Completion of environmental due diligence and compliance projects. • Completion of field work, reports and other tasks assigned by project managers. • Potential on-site assistance with general environmental permitting and recordkeeping to support clients' EHS departments.
