Minimum Requirements:
• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent and 10+ years' experience.
• Must have or be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Experienced in program management of Army and/or DOD IT programs. Significant experience in or around Army organizations a plus.
• Experience with Government contracting environment preferred.
• Experience developing project management plans, project coordination, tracking issues and their resolution.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Management concepts such as knowledge management, enterprise architectures, process improvement, performance management, risk management, governance, integrated schedule management, a thorough knowledge of common project management processes, and success initiating change in an organization.
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience in leading mid-sized teams, developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise IT policies, procedures and operating systems
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Products
• PMP certification is required. ITIL certification a plus

Join URS and the United States Army Information Technology Agency (ITA) Enterprise Program Management Services program. ITA has been providing support to customers in the National Capital Region (NCR) since 1995 and URS is looking for individuals to provide subject matter experts, engineers, program and project management support.
URS is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia!
Under indirect supervision, oversees the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program/project typically consisting of a set of closely related subprograms or associated activities.
Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; seeks and develops outside funding sources, serves as principal point of representation and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters, and provides day-to-day technical/professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise
Responsibilities:
• Manage Support Enterprise IT management functional leads including program and project management, capital planning, governance, risk management and enterprise architecture.
• Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of Enterprise Management projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects.
• Assist the government to oversee and coordinate all aspects of projects, being responsible for the entire lifecycle, from initiating, planning, monitoring and controlling, executing and closing
• Assist in the planning, control and direction of staff and support personnel.
• Provide program financial and budgetary information to management.
• Initiating requires development of charter/stakeholder lists and planning requires development of work breakdown structures.
Coordinate preparation of reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information.
• Prepare presentation materials for management reports.
• Develop performance metrics to accurately assess and evaluate enterprise IT services.
• Employ knowledge management principles and best practices; Integrate knowledge management solutions into enterprise work processes
