TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The LEAF Assistant will support and work closely with Institutional Giving staff of The Nature Conservancy’s New York Philanthropy team. The interns’ work will involve various tasks related to individual, foundation and corporate fundraising including prospect research, proposal writing, and grant management. The Intern may be responsible for some administrative, logistical and organizational office tasks for Philanthropy. TNC BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

START DATE This is a 10-week internship. The proposed dates of the internship are June 3rd to August 9th, 2013 with some flexibility depending on individual’s schedule. OFFICE LOCATION: The intern position will be based in the TNC’s office in New York, NY. Housing is not provided. WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT
