Position responsibilities includes: • Provide project controls services to the project team including planning, scheduling, cost control, earned value analysis, forecasting, report production and change management in a timely fashion and in accordance with all company standards and contractual requirements • Prepares reports that outline the project's financial position in the areas of income and expenses • Reconciles and reviews financial position of projects to ensure compliance to CASB standards, as well as the adoption of policies and procedures, as applicable • Files required financial statements with states and territories to maintain the Company's status as a qualified bidder/contractor • Maintains cooperative relationships with Project Managers, department heads, as well as with outside auditors, as appropriate • May review the project's general ledger from budgeting standpoint • Oversees management accounting activities for projects The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above.
