Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree (or equivalent) preferably in Operations Research, Strategic Studies, or Human Factors and a minimum of 10 years Defense Department experience, preferably at the operational or strategic level. Must possess expertise in the analysis of complex information operations capabilities. Good oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Position may require travel. Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communications, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to meet deadlines.

Job Description:
URS is seeking a Information Operations Analyst to provides analysis expertise in support of a wide range of information operations activities and research efforts. Generally serves as a member of an analysis team on more complex assignments or as a Task Leader on less complex assignments under the guidance of a Team Leader.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and research material to gain a thorough technical understanding of a complex subject area supporting an Information Operations task. Task assignment will include analytical support of strategic and operational planning, requirements analysis: and risk assessments.
2. Prepare oral presentations and written reports to management, indicating solution or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
