CH2M HILL Environmental Engineer Careers - Huntsville, AL

The challenge? Providing exceptional support for engineering services to NASA and other government and military clients. Each day, you will support materials related regulatory work (i.e., effect of regulations on aerospace materials and operations), in addition you may help assess the impacts of other regulations on NASA programs, and may support other regulatory compliance and management systems work. You should possess 3 years of regulatory, aerospace, and/or materials experience preferably related to work with federal clients. You should also have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each project.

Our Environmental Engineers:

Work with an experienced team to support the NASA's RRAC Principle Center in providing centralized, agency-wide support for the management and leadership of NASA environmental regulatory change management process.
Communicate potential direct and indirect regulatory risks to NASA, other Federal agencies, and related aerospace industry personnel.
Assist in facilitating and coordinating detailed environmental regulatory impact analyses and risk mitigation activities
Provide technical support in identifying potential life cycle impacts to NASA developed systems from environmental regulations
Materials obsolescence, materials management, scarcity of strategic materials, environmental management and compliance.

Basic Qualifications

Related Engineering degree
3 years of environmental regulatory, aerospace, and/or materials experience, preferably related to work with federal clients

Preferred Qualifications

Degree Required

Bachelors or 4 Year Degree

Preferred Years of Experience
