Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent and 7+ years of experience.
• Must have or be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance.
• 4 years' experience documenting/modeling business process activities with an emphasis on swim-lane creation, RACI development, requirements development, and operating procedure writing. Experience with documenting information technology processes.
• Skilled experience with MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
• Must be able to work independently or under limited supervision
• ITIL Foundations Certification a plus
• Experience with MS SharePoint a plus
• Experience with the DoD environment a plus

URS is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia!
A large DoD related transition project requires a mid-level process developer to document processes and operating procedures related to the transition of building and communications (LAN, and Telephony) facilities from the project and personnel responsible for constructing the facilities to the agency and personnel that will be operating these facilities.
As a process analyst you will also serve as a liaison between various team members and client stakeholders, and must be able to clearly and concisely communicate and interpret technical information to a broad range of people of varying levels of technical expertise.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze business and technical processes
• Develop business and technical process documentation/models including process flows, swim lanes, roles and responsibilities using the available toolsets, primarily MS Visio and MS Word
• Develop requirements documentation
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Develop concepts of operations (CONOPs)
• Maintain and update project plan for related tasks
• Serve as liaison between the different stakeholders
• Under indirect supervision, responsible for overseeing programs to satisfy the quality-related expectations of the customer.
• Ensures compliance with various international and national standardization organizations such as ISO 9001:2000, CMMI, etc.
• Determines/evaluates Root Cause and Corrective/Preventive Action.
• Performs product quality control, peer reviews and/or audits to assess compliance with stated requirements.
• Ensures focus on organizational continuous improvement plans and programs.
• Provides mentoring and training to program employees where appropriate.
