Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of experience in HSEEP exercises, homeland security exercises/homeland security, emergency response or emergency management background, or related field. Requires strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent organizational abilities. Ability to interface effectively with State and local officials, technical experts, and client staff is required. Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including excellent MSWord and PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with multi-media presentations.
Experience with the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) is desired. Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance. Experience with the Indiana National Guard is a plus. Knowledge of US Army, Federal, State, and local training and exercise programs desired.
Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.
