Job Description:  CH2M HILL Credit Card Administrator jobs - Englewood, CO

Our Credit Card Administrator career path provides you with an opportunity to be involved with coordination of cardholder enrollment, training, changes, auditing and termination of corporate credit cards. You should have a proven and successful track record auditing and reconciling accounts, intermediate Excel skills and the drive to grow personally as well as professionally with each new challenge.

Our Credit Card Administrators:

  • Provide customer support to cardholders and card approvers
  • Process employee Travel Card and P-Card applications and set up fuel cards
  • Audit expenditures to ensure they are in accordance with applicable Company policies and procedures
  • Process changes to cardholder limits and merchant codes
  • Audit accounts and process credit balance refunds
  • Reconcile P-Card transactions with the bank and our internal systems on a weekly basis and complete P-Card Monthly Close
  • Maintain departmental databases
  • Assist cardholders with credit card questions
  • Develop effective relationships with multiple departments within the organization
  • Recommend and support continuous improvement in the Credit Card Department
SPECIAL NOTES:

As a condition of employment with CH2M HILL, any successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment background investigation, including a consumer credit report.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associates Degree
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel & Outlook skills
  • 2 + years of relevant work experience
  • Previous experience auditing and reconciling accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Well organized with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Access
  • Two +years experience in credit card administration
  • Ability to work and function in a team environment or work independently
  • Effective telephone communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Bachelors Degree

Degree Required

Associates or 2 Year Degree

Preferred Years of Experience
