CH2M HILL International Treasury Analyst, Englewood, CO

Our International Treasury Analyst career path within our Treasury organization provides you with an opportunity to assist with daily cash management for CH2M HILL's International regions. The ideal candidate will be prepared to take a lead role in managing the treasury needs for CH2M HILL entities within one (or more) international regions. You will be expected to bring forward issues and new and innovative ideas as they relate to global treasury operations. You should display a strong track record of successfully managing a project or task from start to finish. The day-to-day tasks are very fast paced and ever-changing. The ideal candidate should provide a proven track record of successfully working in this type of environment and have the desire to grow personally and professionally with each challenge.

Our International Treasury Analysts:

Act as point of contact for all new international bank and/or bank account issues
Act as point of contact for validation of bank accounts and bank account signers
Perform back-office duties for foreign exchange trade activity including matching and confirming trades and providing appropriate settlement instructions
Act as system administrator for regional banking platform to monitor and approve global users and entitlements
Act as point of contact for CH2M HILL regional staff and Corporate back-office staff (AP, AR, PY)
Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports to highlight appropriate treasury and cash management KPI's
Assist with the development and maintenance of regional FX exposure reports
Prepare and input daily international wires for approved transactions
Assist with the active management of intercompany trade balances
Work closely with accounting, tax and legal to ensure compliance with existing business structures and accounting guidelines
Provide back-up support to Cash Manager for daily cash management and forecasting activities if needed
Work on special ad-hoc projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in finance or related field or equivalent years of relevant experience
1 year of relevant treasury or banking experience
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the basic qualifications, the following are also preferred:

3+ years of relevant treasury experience
Previous international treasury and foreign exchange experience
Proficient in Access

Degree Required

Bachelors or 4 Year Degree

Preferred Years of Experience
