• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in administrative, secretarial, clerical field including supervisory experience
• Experience supporting senior executive(s)
• Ability to multi-task and delegate effectively to other team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent communications skills (oral written and listening) required
• Must demonstrate a professional demeanor, display high level of sensitivity and discretion
• Strong time management skills, sets and understands priorities
• Works under minimal supervision in pursuit of broad general objectives
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test


Job Description:

The Executive Assistant will be a key support resource of the Program Executive. The Executive Assistant must be able to work with minimal supervision on multiple complex assignments, some of which may be confidential or sensitive.
• Coordinates with other managers on behalf of senior executive in the follow-up on tasks assigned.
• Drafts correspondence (letters, reports, manuals, etc.) on behalf of executive. This includes performing a variety of word processing tasks, (typing, copying, and distribution).
• Reviews incoming correspondence and prioritizes, organizes items for executive action.
• Establishes and maintains office administration procedures.
• Trains and oversees work of office administrative staff including setting and understanding priorities, reviewing work for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures executed documents are archived in the records management system.
• The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those stated above.
