TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for assisting with researching, planning, developing, writing and editing a variety of communication materials and implementing the programs and communication strategies to increase and sustain awareness and support of the vision and goals of the Major Systems Initiative (MSI). S/he reports to, and works closely with, the MSI Communications Manager as well as MSI project teams to identify communication needs and opportunities and develop overall communications. Specific Responsibilities:
