Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and at least 10 years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required. Travel may be required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance. Knowledge of US Army and other Federal Government unmanned systems is required.
Must have experience managing and leading a multi-discipline team supporting unmanned aircraft systems programs for the Department of Defense, other Federal Departments, State government departments, and private sector customers.
Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications are required.
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Leads the day-to-day multi-disciplined team supporting unmanned systems programs at the Indiana National Guard Atterbury - Muscatatuck Center for Complex Operations (AMCCO). Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical, performance of assigned tasks. Assists AMCCO in developing unmanned system requirements, methodologies, schedules, and strategic plans for expansion of AMCCO's mission. Ensures team develops and executes training missions in accordance with INARNG AMCCO, US Army, and other applicable Federal, State, and local policies and procedures. Assist INARNG in developing strategic plans for future unmanned system operations of AMCCO. May be required to manage and support training and exercise activities utilizing unmanned systems in a field environment.
