Minimum Requirements:
CURRENT CBP FULL BI STRONGLY PREFERRED.
Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; minimum of 15+ years of experience, of which at least ten years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes:
• Homeland security background, specifically in law enforcement
• Knowledge of land border crossing, airport processing, and Secondary inspections preferred
• Overseeing large-scale systems engineering programs with 200+ staff members
• Proven track record of successful delivery of IT projects from inception to deployment
• Expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms
• Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
• Possession of the following skillsets and knowledge preferred:
1. Prior DHS or other Government experience
2. Knowledge of SELC, Agile software development, CMMI ML3, ITIL, ISO, or related standards
• Must be a U.S. Citizen as required by the Government contracts
• Must meet security clearance requirements for Customs and Border Protection (CBP). For the three (3) years prior to the filing of an application for employment, individuals must meet the one or more of the following primary residence criteria:
(a) the applicant resided in the United States (short trips abroad, such as vacations, will not necessarily disqualify an applicant); or
(b) the applicant worked for the U.S. Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or military capacity; or
(c) the applicant was a dependent of a U.S. Federal or military employee serving overseas.

Job Description:
URS has an opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team! This position will be located in either Springfield or McLean, Virginia.
Position is contingent upon contract award.
The contractor Program Manager shall be the contractor's authorized interface to the government Program Office and other government management personnel.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Reporting overall program and task order status and performance to the client
• Formulating and enforcing work standards
• Assigning contractor schedules
• Reviewing work discrepancies
• Supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
• Responsible for the overall contract performance and shall collaborate with the contractor Deputy Program Manager and task order managers to ensure that the technical solutions in the task orders are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and to the client's satisfaction regarding the quality of products and services.
