The URS Infrastructure and Environment Division is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Department Manager for immediate employment in the Honolulu office. The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in Management specific to engineering consulting services. The incumbent will be responsible for the following: A) Providing direction to the team leaders to ensure the financial reporting, administrative requirements and project controls are attained. B) Managing a specialty area of/or sub-specialty. C) Managing multiple priorities. D) Tracking financial performance of the section/team and monitors staff sold time and work backlog. E) Managing team leaders and individual contributors, with an overall headcount of less than 25 people. F) Resolving team-level conflicts. G) Responsible for compliance within corporate financial control policies. H) Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing clients. I) Providing leadership, mentorship, training and direction to staff in the department.
