As an Oracle Identity and Access Management Support Technician for the firm you will be responsible for supporting the Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) security solutions and programs. Each day, you will serve in an operations-focused position supporting the global enterprise with identity provisioning/de-provisioning, access request management, access certification and integration with Active Directory, Exchange, Oracle eBusiness Suite and other applications. You will collaborate with the IAM team to continually monitor the system, develop new IAM programs and provide technical and end-user support as needed You should be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, degreed professional with solid experience supporting Identity Access Management systems and experience with Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) with an emphasis on access controls. In addition, you should have the desire to grow both personally and professionally with each new IT project.
Our Oracle Identity and Access Management Technicians: - Have an understanding of Access Management and Identity Management programs and processes.
- Possess superior problem solving skills.
- Identify opportunities for continual streamlining of business processes
- Work closely with various groups within Information Technology (IT) including Human Resources IT, Database Administration, Server Administration, Help Desk and Oracle eBusiness Suite support teams to resolve end-user IAM issues.
- Collaborate compliance and security efforts between Internal Audit, Information Security and application owners.
- Perform business analysis, requirements definition, and process improvement functions to ensure the identity management lifecycle and access management programs meet CH2M HILL needs while securing enterprise information assets.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science, or 4 year accredited degree in computer science or related field, or 4+ years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience supporting Identity Access Management systems.
- Experience with Information Technology General Controls (ITGCs) with an emphasis on access controls.
- Experience functioning within a user support operation
Preferred Qualifications In addition to the basic qualifications, the following are also preferred:
- Ability to perform job functions with considerable independence and judgment.
- Well-organized individual with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Awareness of business processes throughout all phases of identity and access management.
- Experience with application development or securing applications.
- Experience with writing SQL and PL/SQL.
- Familiarity with access controls and processes required for regulatory compliance (e.g. Sarbanes-Oxley 404, SafeHarbor).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Exchange.
- Familiarity with Java.
