Project Manager for NYC School Construction Authority Program Projects include electrical service upgrades, emergency generators, heating plant upgrades, flood elimination, program based restructuring, facility rehabilitation, toilet upgrades, accessibility (ADA compliance), public address, data/telephone, fire alarm, internet protocol digital video surveillance, interior/exterior Lighting and several other multi-discipline projects Candidate will be responsible for all phases of project development and scheduling including the preparation and successful scoping, design, and construction phase requirements with prime consultants, sub-consultants, agency Officials, code officials, inspectors, plan examiners, and contractors. Experience with NYC building code compliance, interpretation during design and construction including code exemption research, prior code Year applicability and various avenues to minimize disruption to project scope, budget, and schedule. Preferably, Specialization in fire alarm system design and use in NY and NJ for wastewater treatment plants.
