Minimum Requirements: BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field and 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent.
Familiarity with the Government customer (i.e., the Defense Spectrum Organization's Joint Spectrum Center), their parent (the Defense Information Systems Agency), or their product line (Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3), electromagnetic compatibility, electromagnetic interference deconfliction, and spectrum management) is highly desired.
The ideal candidate will be well organized and possess the ability to expeditiously perform detail-oriented work.
Team player; good written and verbal communication skills; excellent knowledge of Excel; excellent organizational skills; and ability to perform detail-oriented work in a fast-paced environment are required. Positive, problem-solving attitude is a must. Candidates must be able to multitask; effectively manage time; ability to recognize and research issues and make a recommendation / decision based on that research; work accurately under firm and quick-turnaround deadlines. Experience with Costpoint/Cognos desired.
Must be able to pass/maintain a Secret level clearance / Active clearance is preferred.

URS is currently seeking a Project Control Analyst in support of the Joint Spectrum Center in Bowie, MD. Typical Duties:
Under limited supervision, apply comprehensive program knowledge and program advisory support in the preparation of financial and deliverable-related correspondence and documentation for the Prime contractor. Primary duties will include, budget analysis, revenue recognition/verification, forecasting, accounts receivable reconciliation, and project setup support for contracts of varying types (CPIF, CPFF, T&M, FFP). The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the experience and knowledge base required to support these areas with limited oversight. Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide recommendations which maximize the ability to execute contracts profitability and within budgetary constraints. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, challenging environment. A wide degree of creativity is expected. FSSEIS
