CH2M HILL Project Archaeologist Careers - Edwards Air Force Base, California The challenge? Our Project Archaeologist career path is your chance to be a member of our Cultural Resources Team supervising archaeological field work, conducting analyses of prehistoric and historic material culture, evaluating sites for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places, and other challenging tasks. You should be a self-motivated professional with demonstrated research, writing, and management experience to direct field research and produce quality reports for a federal client, a successful 5 to 10 year track record in Archaeology, have a Masters Degree, and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each archaeology project. This position will be onsite at Edwards Air Base, CA. Applicant must be able to demonstrate the completion of one or more testing or data recovery projects and the preparation of final reports. The work location is in the Western Mojave Desert, so the ability to work in a desert environment is also required. Position requires the ability to acquire a Secret Security Clearance. To obtain, applicant must be a U.S. citizen. Basic Qualifications
