CH2M HILL Wastewater Project Manager - Fort Worth, Texas

Join the CH2M HILL team to be a part of assisting major North Texas utilities in solving their most challenging wastewater treatment problems. With increasing regulatory requirements and aging infrastructure, we have seized the opportunity to support our clients. We have successfully positioned ourselves in the market to increase our wastewater treatment market share and now have contracts in hand and would like to add local staff to be a part of delivery. We are seeking a project manager to serve as a face to our local clients.

Our Wastewater Project Managers:

Lead teams for planning, study, design, analysis and construction services for treatment projects and other technologies.
Act as task/facility lead for major projects.
Ensure quality control.
Leverage the extensive technology resources available within the firm to promote new technologies.
Mentor junior staff.

Additional Information: CH2M HILL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g., H-1B visa, etc) to fill this position.

Basic Qualifications

BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 8 years experience in wastewater treatment process and design.
Professional Engineer in Texas or have the ability to gain reciprocity.
Experience acting as a project manager for wastewater treatment projects.
Excellent oral and written communications, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and strong data analysis & technical problem solving expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Preferred 15 years experience in wastewater treatment process and design.
Prior wastewater treatment plant experience with general plant processes, biosolids, and nutrient removal.
Prior experience working at plants 5 mgd and larger and engineering construction projects with capital improvements of more than $10M.
Demonstrated client development and service skills to develop new clients and serve existing clients in a manner which produces follow on work opportunities.
Existing relationships and project experience with North Texas area wastewater clients.
