Our Recruitment Marketing and Technology Manager: - Leads and directs the work of others, including developing technical skills needed for talent acquisition systems
- Evaluates and implements integrated recruitment technology solutions across a global enterprise.
- Creates project roadmaps that support global attraction strategies
- Administers the global ATS and CRM systems and minimizes cross-system awareness issues and data transfer complexities between both systems.
- Maintains a reliable Job Advertising Distribution (JAD) platform that includes integration with ATS for posting deployment and tracking purposes.
- Oversees Source Codes and digital tracking methodologies.
- Manages the career portals including data integrations, mobile interfaces, and user experience.
- Works with third party vendors to evaluate and select recruitment advertising channels.
- Leads global employment branding campaigns and works with partner agencies to design and develop international campaigns that set global consistency while allowing for local control.
- Partners with corporate brand teams to integrate and leverage efforts across the organization.
- Negotiates all global technology contracts (full cycle) that are part of the recruiting operations team to leverage maximum efficiency for the organization
- Ensures that recruiting systems meet the needs of the global recruiting organization and legal/compliance requirements
- Works through the complexities of translated language environments.
Additional Information: Fast-paced, office environment with the need to work early mornings or late evenings for interactions internationally. Basic Qualifications - Bachelors degree (BS or BA) required
- Minimum five years experience leading talent acquisition systems analysis, recruiting services and/or recruiting operations
- Prior experience as a corporate recruiting manager or corporate sourcing manager
- Prior experience as an ATS Administrator or Analyst with a large scale applicant tracking system (BrassRing, Taleo, iCIMS, Ultimate, Authoria, Peopleclick, SilkRoad, Bullhorn)
- Strong understanding of OFCCP regulations
- Strong understanding of global recruiting practices
- In-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function and related business concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, MS Excel and MS Access
- Advance knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Demonstrated background in project management
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks without supervision
- Extensive experience with implementation of both in-house and out-sourced software applications
Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience administering a recruitment focused CRM and marketing platform is highly desired
- Experience supporting career portals in Spanish, Portuguese, Polish and/or Chinese are a plus.
- Ability to see outside the box and the impacts of recommendations and changes will have globally for the organization
- Experience with business systems analysis, design, development and implementation
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Oracle Workbench Certification, highly desired
