Bechtel is seeking a Construction Coordinator - System Turnover to join the Wheatstone LNG Project working from the Onslow site. Role Overview Assigned to the project team as a representative of the Construction functional group, the Turnover Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between Construction, Startup, Subcontractors and the Customer to ensure that the system turnover logic is communicated to construction and coordinating walkdowns of the various startup systems to identify remaining work. The Turnover Coordinator will oversee the punch listing program and will participate in expediting the completion of the remaining work. The position is also responsible for assuring that all applicable documentation and inspection forms are complete, compiled and presented for turnover. Basic Qualifications
*** Work includes field inspections and the physical ability to conduct field inspections which require the following activities: extensive walking in and around a construction site, climbing ladders, climbing scaffolding, working on elevated platforms, working on uneven surfaces and working in small or confined spaces. Some lifting may be required. Must have the ability to walk into and out of the project (enter/egress). Must be able to use appropriate standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required for each assigned task (i.e. harness, life vest, lift buckets, etc.) Bechtel is among the most respected engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the world.
